Deadspin reader sent in this video of a young boy “playing” in a basketball game, but actually, completely refusing to take part.

Tim told Deadspin that this youngster may actually not be all that keen on being out on the court, which is pretty painstakingly obvious watching this footage.

Hands in his shorts pockets, except for the odd leg itch, he spends most of his time not even wasting his time to watch the basketball, just standing nonchalantly in the middle of the court refusing to get involved.

At one point, his teammate tries to talk to him, but even then, he is not having any of it. Towards the end of the short clip, his coach encourages him to move up the floor, he gets past the halfway line then stops, before finally getting into the opponent’s half.
